Join Mike Schilling and Jordana Starr, the husband-and-wife team behind Beerology in Northampton, and delve into the history of cider making. Taste sweet and hard ciders, and learn everything you need to know to make your own hard cider!
Mike Schilling and Jordana Starr are the founders of Beerology. They are both passionate about beer and cider and have been homebrewing for seven years. Mike holds an International Diploma in Brewing Technology from the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago and Doemens Akademie in Munich, and is a former beer buyer for Provisions in Northampton. Jordana is on the Western Mass. Beer Week planning committee and is the libations writer for Edible Pioneer Valley.

Advance registration is highly recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome, space permitting.
Withdrawals: To withdraw your registration from a class, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make your space available to others. If you give us at least 7 days’ notice prior to the event, we will refund you less an administrative fee equaling 25% of the program cost.
Please note: we cannot offer refunds for withdrawals less than 7 days before a class.
