In this demo class on Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Chef Miriam Rubin will simmer up an easy strawberry refrigerator jam—no pectin needed, a luscious rhubarb-strawberry galette with a mixed grain crust and a sparkling salad of strawberries in pomegranate molasses.
