Join meditation-in-nature facilitator Sandrine Harris for an outdoor experience designed for you to take in the wonders of the spring equinox on Sat., March 22 from 4 to 4 p.m. This time of the year marks a shift in seasonality, light and our internal body clocks. Come awaken your mind and body to spring's freshness and share in the joy of appreciating nature mindfully. No prior experience with meditation is required.

Sandrine Harris is a trauma-sensitive mindfulness meditation facilitator with a deep interest in sensing our connection within the natural world. She offers a connective and unfolding process within the Berkshires through regular community programs at The Trustees’ properties, Berkshire Natural Resources Council properties, and the Berkshire Botanical Garden. Sandrine is also a somatic (body-centered) practitioner offering private sessions to process trauma and chronic pain, and workshops/trainings internationally. She is based in the southern Berkshires and is nourished by meditative experiences outdoors. Her process is collectively known as Emergent Nature.
