Join us for this immersive Wine Tasting and Cheese Pairing class, where you’ll explore the art of pairing fine French wines with gourmet cheeses on Thursday, June 26, from 5 to 7 p.m. In this guided tasting experience, participants will sample a curated selection of wines, ranging from crisp whites to bold reds, each expertly paired with artisanal cheeses that complement and enhance their flavors. Instructor Philippe Jeanjean will provide insights into the origins, production, and unique characteristics of each wine and cheese, teaching participants how to identify flavors, textures, and aromas. This class is perfect for beginners and connoisseurs looking to deepen their appreciation of wine and cheese in an enjoyable, interactive setting. Philippe Jeanjean is a certified WSET-Level 3 sommelier from Paris, France.
